P-Y Curve Correction of Shallow Seabed Formation Containing Hydrate

With the continuous growth in global energy demand, exploration and development of hydrates has been focus increasing attention, accurate evaluation mechanical properties hydrate layers become particularly important. In this study, using a self-developed sample preparation device triaxial seepage test platform, shear tests were carried out situ synthesis method for sediment laboratory, stress–strain curves with different levels saturation obtained. By analyzing curve, parameters calculated simulated ABAQUS (2021, Dassault systemes, Vélizy Villacoublay France) finite element software. Several p-y compared simulation results, curve correction layer shallow seabed was It found that strength increased an increase saturation. At same time, confining pressure decrease temperature also deposits. Through comparison existing API (American Petroleum Institute) standard it its is low because existence improves formation strength.
